We were staying at the Sonder Vine property and had to move to Ovation due to some unit issues. The Ovation was extremely better than the Vine. The Sonder online staff were very responsive and attentive to my family's and my needs. The Ovation was very clean comfortable and conveniently located to downtown Philadelphia. I only wish there were onsite parking, but due to being downtown, I completely understand. The rooftop view was also beautiful! I will definitely be staying here again for my next Philadelphia trip!

I absolutely adored my stay at Sonder Ovation. My apartment (203) was a beautiful space. Traffic could get quite loud at times but I slept fine most of the time with the white sound machine and earplugs. My only issue was that I asked for more toilet rolls (I stayed for 3 weeks and was only given two rolls) and ear plugs but they never arrived despite the staff saying they would deliver them -- nevertheless, I found the self-service essentials drawer on the ground floor and all was well. I would stay at a Sonder again.
