Small but very practical rooms. I was impressed by the number of electrical sockets everywhere and that a hair straightener was provided in the bathroom. Really clean facilities. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Excellent brekkie served during long period of the morning. I could not fault it! Premium location.

It is a comfortable hotel, located within a block of the Museum Train line and the Light Rail train lines, pubs and convenience stores. Check in and out was easy and friendly. Our room was neat and clean but small, if we were larger people it would of been a bit tight. Air con and heating, towels, tv everything you need for an easy couple of day stay. Hot and cold breakfast options with very attentive staff. The Bar was closed when we stayed - it would of been good to have somewhere to sit and relax at the hotel that wasn't in our room. Overall a great experience.

This was a great place to stay. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything we required. The breakfast was very nice and the restaurant lovely and clean. Would definitely go back to the Song Hotel. 10 out of 10!

Excellent hotel. We truly had a wonderful time at this hotel, with an outstanding location. The staff was friendly, and the cleaning service was top-notch, considering we were there for December 31st and January 1st, both holidays. I give it a 9/10; the only drawback was that the breakfast lacked variety. The scrambled eggs were consistently too moist, and unfortunately, there was no system to keep the food warm, resulting in cold breakfasts. If not for this last detail, I would give the hotel a perfect 10.
