First, location. Great location. Just a short walk from Dotobori and all the night life. So much activity in the area and makes you feel awake and present. It's amazing. In Tokyo we used all the trains, in Osaka, barley left the area. BUT LOTS OF TOURIST BUSES. They have huge lines of tourist being lead around the area and made it very annoying to get around because they practically took over the area. It took away from the experience significantly. Conveniently right out front across the street from the hotel. I'm unsure if this happens all year but don't be surprised. Second, staff was nice but you can tell they deal with a lot. I don't blame them. Ironically, the amount of tourist from nearby Asian countries was dense inside and outside the hotel. On top of that, the majority were rude and just annoying to be around. Beware you will be in a very public hotel. This isn't the hotel's fault. Third, the rooms. We were put in a room the seemed to have mold or mildew growing on the edges of the bathtub because the bathtub isn't sealed to the wall. I was actually able to pull the tub from the wall which made me wonder where all that soapy, used water goes to and if it even gets cleaned in there. They didn't allow us to get our money back but they changed our rooms and that one was significantly cleaner but the first room had already set the tone and we did not feel 100% comfortable like in Tokyo. We were more tolerant and enjoyed what we could.

Great location near Dotonbori, 711, tax free drugstores and Train Station. Room big enough for 2. Self check in and out. Amenities like toothbrush are available on ground floor. Ideal for when always on the go. Suggestion is to have option to request for additional pillow as there was only 1 pillow for each person. Overall great experience.

You get what you pay for. The hotel itself is run down and needs a good clean/make over. The room is more suited to solo travellers, with no clothing and luggage storage. There is an amenity section on the ground floor so you just grab what you need. The air conditioning is temperamental. The coin operated laundry can get very busy and the dryer doesn't work well. Only good thing is, the location, though it is very busy. It is a short walk to the metro and dontobori.

The location is what is great about this place, literally a 2 minute walk from the entrance of Dotonbori from the East entrance and is easy access to Family Mart and 7-11 and transit lines to access other parts of Osaka. The hotel had decent amenity availability and service was decent. The let down of the rooms is that they don’t take your used robes the day after and the the bathrooms have signs of mould grow on the edges of the sink, floor and shower curtains have signs of mold spots. For some reason our bathroom had this constant sour smell in the bathroom which we constantly had to use the air freshener to clear out the smell temporarily.

Location: Good Room: Small (carrier cannot be unfolded) The refrigerator is really small Cleaning service: It's not clean, and even if I leave the room before 12 o'clock with a cleaning request sign, it's not cleaned, I just clean my blanket. I collected trash at the door, but I didn't throw it away, and I didn't give him slippers. Great problem if you didn't exchange towels. Cleanliness: The cleaning condition is not good. Where the bathtub drains, old swarms are enormous. Dryers are dusty. I couldn't believe the coffee pot, so I never used it for 8 nights and 9 days. General comment: It's okay if it's dirty, if you don't clean it, don't burn it when asked to clean it, and if you don't have to take care of a siliper, you can use it. It's only a good location. I replaced the towel, but it was all over the carrier The hairdryer was also on the floor. Surprised that it went over while cleaning. Only the bed was made and the carpet was not cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. Just changed the bed make and replaced towels thrown in my carrier + didn't even take used towels
