if you are booking the cheapest option, then you will be disappointed with the hotel. I booked through Agoda with discount, and my room at 7 floors was outdated, the floor carpet was dirty with stains, the bedding had blood stains, the bathroom was also old with stains. Therefore, I paid more to upgrade to better higher floor room, which was renovated, comfortable, and clean. However, in winter when it reached to 45 F, there was no heat. Super cold, but Hong Kong normally doesn't get that cold weather. The breakfast was just okay, I actually regret that I booked with breakfast. The hotel is very close to the market, and just steps away, you will find tons of restaurants, bakeries, and take out restaurants. If you like to explore, there are tons of options for breakfast, and you will never get bored. I was bored with the hotel breakfast, and they are expensive compare to local restaurants and the market. The staffs were okay, friendly people. Best location and close to public transportations plus the ferry.

Spacious room with functional facilities. Japanese style toilet (butt warming + violet light santilizing); powerful shower; many worldwide TV channels; Netflix; complementary water etc. High service standard staff; good location; convenient traffic. Good for business trip. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice room and good location. Neat and clean hotel and very good view from rooms on higher floors. Breakfast didn’t meet the expectation and only few options offered that too focused on local cuisine. Restaurant/bar only opened for breakfast.
