Hotel co-located with Mid Valley mall. Convenient location. Room was clean. Swimming pool was at the top floor, infinity pool with a kids section. Excellent for families. Breakfast was a good spread, definitely recommended. One minor gripe was the hotel parking. Parking is shared with the mall and closes at 1.30am. No access to parking lots after 1.30am. Came back to the hotel at 3am, unable to enter carpark as all entrance were closed and valet lots were full. Hotel needs to address this problem. Would still recommended the hotel but be advised if you're driving, ensure you're back at the hotel before 1am.

The room was spacious and comfortable and well located, being connected to Mid Valley Mall. My aunt received a small slice of cake for her birthday which was a nice surprise. There were a few disappointments that we were unable to watch the fireworks from the rooftop on NYE as the whole roof was booked for a private event. We also had to chase repeatedly to get the extra bed we had already requested. However what made up for it was the service recovery when my mum forgot her watch in the room. The staff kept it for her and when we returned 1 month later, it was still there and safe. The front desk staff, Fateha, as well as Housekeeping were most helpful in locating it. Appreciate her warm, friendly and efficient service.

My wife and I had our staycation here with friends and we were very satisfied with our stay. The room is clean and spacious, with a day bed by the window. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. The swimming pool on the top floor has quite a view. If you love shopping, there's easy access to the mall. The hotel provides a very classy shopping bag in each room which is pretty useful.

St. Giles is an interesting hotel. The room was pleasant and spacious, while the mattress was very comfortable. Loved the bay window sofa, pampering us with a cosy option to chill and relax. The breakfast team worked very hard and impressively in managing the breakfast crowds and queues. Kudos to the duty manager for his delightful recovery efforts in resolving a nasty experience. All the breakfast crew members were efficient, attentive and polite. Overall, we enjoyed our two nights stay at St Giles.

Overall stay was pleasant. Room cleanliness was perfect and spacious for stay. Breakfast included with superb selection of food. Location is superb within the heart of Southkey Mid Valley area with the mall within walking distance right next to it (literally just a door away). However if you're the type that prefers privacy during your stay and leaves the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door for prolonged period, note that you may receive a welfare check after 48 hours.
