Sufficiently clean apartments in a convenient location, but from the minuses: 1. You have to wait for the owner of the hotel to check in, because he is not permanently in the building. The employee himself is a very nice Italian and explains everything in detail, there are no complaints against him. 2. Uncomfortable bed - namely two beds that move apart and make it uncomfortable to sleep. Quite cold at night, but no warm blanket. 3. Poor soundproofing (you can hear neighbors from other rooms very much). 4. My separate subjective remark and I will ask me to understand - Russian-speaking staff (sorry, I'm from Ukraine and yes, Russian people repel me now).

The cleanliness and maintenance was perfect, the bedroom was comfortable and spacious, the bathroom too. There was tea and a kettle for hot water available.

The place is very central, in an elegant building and in a quiet and peaceful area. The rooms are very nice, clean, functional, everything new, comfortable bed and pillows. The rooms are cleaned every other day, which is why I found my bed unmade and the bathroom dirty without knowing it beforehand (I thought the rooms were tidied up every day like in all the other places). Breakfast is not provided. You can't see the manager, check in was carried out with a kind lady who checked us in at 2pm even though we had arrived at 11.30am (it is specified that check in takes place at 2pm, but we agreed at the time of booking that we would call as soon as you arrive at the airport). For the rest everything is ok, the invoice is still missing.

Apartment clean. I was surprised by the entrance to the building and the elevator, which is very small. The beds are very comfortable, but I don't understand why there is a picture of London above the bed when we are in Rome. We arrived at the facility around 9:30 p.m. and the owner was not there and he showed up around 9:55 p.m., so we waited for him for 25 minutes. The rooms are nice, new doors and a very big plus is the bathroom, which has conquered everything and is really great. The area is also very close to the city and has a really nice view from the window because there are a lot of nice trees there. The price is too high, if you want to sleep and go sightseeing, it's a great place, but this place is a strong 3+, it would be 4* if the owner arrived on time, but he didn't, so you have to learn from your mistakes and be there at the agreed time.
