Hotel ticked all the boxes functionally. Family room was big enough for our overnight stay, the room was clean and the service and staff were very good. It was not amazing either but we were not expecting that either. Location is right opposite the train station a 20 min walk to the main piazza. It’s not in a great area in itself but within 5 mins you start to hit the nice streets that converge on the beautiful main square.

My stay was definitely a practical choice given its close proximity to the train station—super easy for commuting. But don't let the pictures of the lobby fool you; it's the only modern-looking part of the hotel. Once you head to the rooms, it's a different story. They feel outdated and could really use a refresh. No water was provided. The bathroom was basic, which would have been fine except I found hairs in the bath, which was pretty off-putting. Breakfast was just okay, nothing to write home about—just your standard fare that fills you up and gets you going. Overall, it is okay for a night, especially if you need to catch an early train, but it's not somewhere I'd stay for the room experience itself.

I need to report an issue with the last booking I made. It’s spent almost an hour, and the staff didn’t provided a room or treated me as a guest. They seem more focused on confirming the payment rather than accommodating me as a guest. I’d like to report this mistake and the discrimination I’m experiencing as a guest. I booked a room to rest for a few hours, but due to the inconvenience and incompetence of the staff member named Francesco in the lobby, I haven’t been able to do so.

Really good hotel right next to the train station. The staff were very nice and had good English. The rooms were clean and the bathroom came with a bathtub, which is a bonus for me. The room was quite spacious with an AC and plenty of conveniently placed electrical outlets. Breakfast was the standard for a hotel, a pick-yourself buffet type breakfast. We even tried the restaurant before leaving. It was very expensive and the food was good but absolutely not worth 17€ for a cesar salad. But overall I really liked the hotel with the room, Extremely comfortable beds and a good atmosphere. Thanks.

This hotel ruined my holiday in Bologna. At check in l was informed there was a hefty charge of thirty five euros for my dog. I was also handed a list of rules. On the site l made the reservation on it specifies dogs stay free. I had to argue this at reception and wait an hour until l found out l would not be charged. The list of rules though completely ruined my stay. See the photo. As a result we could not do anything at all at this hotel. No breakfast, meals in the dining room, no drinks at the bar, not allowed anywhere etc etc. I don’t normally stay in hotels that cost one hundred and fifty euros per night for one person. It was a special treat and a total disappointment. Check in was slow as a result. My room was too cold as well and there is no adjustment of temperature in the room it is locked. I had to ask reception 3 times to have it changed. The body lotion in my room was half empty and had been previously used. And to top it off my shower this morning was cold and occasionally luke warm at best! Thank you for your answer. It is still not good enough. Read your own rules. You are not allowed to leave pets in the room by themselves. Therefore l couldn’t eat or drink in your hotel or use any of your facilities. Therefore l could not do anything except stay in my room. It is unacceptable sorry. You should have a no pet policy as you do not accommodate pets or their owners when they stay in your establishment. I would like a full refund please. And regarding the lack of hot water l was hardly going to get out of the luke warm/cold shower and sit there wet with a towel around me waiting for a maintenance man to arrive - which given the time it took to check in (20 minutes) and then have my bags stored ( l ended up leaving them in my room as the service was so slow) - it was not a viable idea or option.
