Debbie greeted me at the front desk upon check-in and her demeanor was both charming and courteous. She efficiently answered all my questions and even arranged my airport shuttle, adding a layer of convenience to my stay. The lobby area was impeccably clean, offering a cozy setting perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying some downtime by the fire while watching TV. The room exceeded my expectations, equipped with a full-size fridge, a well-designed kitchen area that included a sink, microwave, and functional oven. The distinct separation between the living room and bedroom was a thoughtful touch. It provided a relaxed atmosphere to work at the desk and later unwind on the couch watching TV, before retiring to bed. The bathroom featured a top-notch stand-up shower, complete with conveniently wall-mounted soap dispensers. For a one-night business stay before heading to the airport, this location surpassed all expectations. I will certainly be returning to this Staybridge Suites location in the near future.

We are a group of 8. Due to inclement weather, we had to fly in to Pittsburgh a day early before driving to West Virginia. We were not familiar with the area, so we asked a lot of questions. Debbie at the front desk was so friendly. She accommodated all of us and then provided us with a great place to go for dinner and drinks. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. She also hooked us up with public ride service! Thank you so much, Debbie!!

I’ll start off by saying that my husband & I usually stay at the Hilton garden inn near car shop when we visit family here, but this hotel was much cheaper and looked nice, so we decided to try this one. We were staying here for 1 week. The breakfast is mediocre. Toast, waffles, cereal and disgusting eggs with barely cooked sausage. It’s free what do you expect. The only thing edible was the oatmeal, but be cautious as it looks like the oatmeal add in containers have never been washed. The rooms themselves are okay. A little small and crammed inside. The kitchenette is helpful if you do want to cook as well as a full size fridge and dishwasher. The bed is a weird size, it’s definitely not a king size but bigger than a queen. We were surprised that the bed was actually comfortable. For being a newly renovated property, I would think the cleanliness of the bathroom would be better. The shower definitely needs a better scrub. We will not be staying here again, But the #1 reason why was that our bathroom (we were on 1st floor) reeked like cigarettes! The property is “100% smoke free”, so we have no clue why that happened. It was like that EVERYDAY. We had to leave the bathroom light on the entire 7 days because it kept the fan going. Who was smoking? We have no clue. But we believe it was the employees on break outside. This hotel isn’t the worst, but it’s just average.

My friend and I were so incredibly blown away with this hotel! It was the cheapest place I could find that accepted pets, and was nicer than any other “on the road” hotel I’ve crashed at. The room mad a full kitten, stovetop, dishes, a dishwasher and a full fridge. The room was very clean and HUGE! The best part though was the incredibly friendly staff, including the kitchen manager/chef Chickie who cooked up an AMAZING homemade breakfast. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 10 stars!

We had to wait 35 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. I wanted to leave a worse review because of that, but the hotel was so nice otherwise, and the staff on-site so friendly, that I could only really ding them one star for the shuttle experience. The evening shift front desk assistant, I forget her name but it starts with a D, was apologetic and very friendly, as was the breakfast assistant who kept the area clean and stocked, and even cleared our plates from our table.
