Ok let’s start first with the super low responsive customer service in any way. I’m selling my flat and almost 3 months now I’m trying to deal with this company without any improve. All taxes and outstanding balance was paid long time ago now and still we haven’t got the transaction in place yet, without any explanation why is this delay for. Super rude and unprofessional staff working day, not replying to emails and phone calls at all!!! I’m shocked how come company like this could keep this kind of politics of dealing with the customers. Totally unacceptable and ridiculous.

Moved in this building a month ago and here are my reviews so far; Management: The management is problem solving, especially John. However, the company (Kingfield and Richa) which takes care of common areas such as pool, parking and gym are not operating well. The maintenance for the pool has been delayed for more than one month from the expected deadline and no communication to the residents. Maintenance: Their response time is impressive even though they deal with 900+ units. The quality is general like the other communities. Units: The units are not premium quality and residents should be aware. Bathrooms are not ceramic covered. Flies might pop from the drainage holes. The items used are mediocre. Finishings are poor. 06/12 Edit: Richa said that the pool is going to be open before the end of the year ;) since I have moved here (it will be more than 3 months at the end of the year), I couldn't use the pool. for the older residents this is around 6 months as they mentioned :)

Been nearly 3 months since the property transferred - I paid 1,400aed for a title deed, and still following up for my title deed with Bloom - keep getting told, they are following up. I always need to call. Pool has been closed since the day the property transferred (20 July) - no definite answer when it will be open again - we pay service charges for the facilities right? So are we getting a discount because this facility has been closed for nearly 3 months? AC bills are crazy - when I queried this with the building & Aquacool, I got told it is because of Summer or maybe my habits have changed and I must keep the AC to 24/25 degrees. This is a 1 bedroom apartment and I am paying 1000aed per month - previously lived in Bloom Heights in a 2bedroom and my bill was between 200-750aed (depending on usage and month), but 1000aed for a 1bedroom is crazy! Please don't reply and tell me to send an email to your customercare email, because I most likely wont get a response. Sorry Bloom, but I am very disappointed.

Worst building and management ever, the pool area has been closed due to safety issues, so I’m having to pay extra just to take my daughter out to water parks and other pool hotels. They notified the residents it will take at least up to 2 weeks to reopen however it’s now been nearly 2 months, the staff don’t give a straightforward answer. I see from my balcony that all they do is abit of sweeping and trimming the plants but no maintenance work whatsoever. The finish of the building itself is so bad and if you have kids there’s no amenities but plenty of wasted space outside. Furthermore the gym has no proper equipment and the sauna is a waste since it doesn’t work at all and the door does not close!
