Studio Apartment in Merano Business Bay

I recently experienced a series of unacceptable incidents at Damac Merano Tower in Business Bay that highlight the urgent need for management review. Despite the owner of my apartment providing explicit permission and necessary documentation, the reception and security staff denied me entry after I lost my key. This incident occurred at night, leaving me stranded and highlighting the unreasonable rules and lack of effective management in urgent situations. Moreover, the staff’s uncooperative attitude and the absence of clear, reasonable policies made the entire ordeal not just inconvenient but distressing. This is not an isolated incident; many residents have expressed similar concerns, yet there seems to be a persistent lack of action from management. As a tenant, I expect a basic level of security and service, which currently seems compromised. If I were an apartment owner here, I would be extremely concerned about the building’s growing reputation, which will inevitably impact its desirability and value. I urge the management to take immediate steps to address these critical issues, improve staff training, and implement tenant-friendly policies. Future tenants and apartment owners deserve to know what to expect from the management of Damac Merano Tower.

Read the reviews and felt sorry for such bad feedbacks. Living in building almost a year, always feeling safe and mutual respect from receptionists or the security crew. Within the period of living at Merano Tower was only once fire alarm and fixing issue took max an hour (logically in such big buildings needs time to check properly as management can't control everyone's behavior). Maybe im wrong, what we give is what we receive. It's security's job to check who enters and who has right to, thats what makes place safe. Landlord of my apartment is nice, always getting support or needed help on time. Hope receptionists and security will get their chance to be respected for efford they put in everyday work 24/7 ✨️☀️
