Nice clean rooms perfect mixture of modern and antique. Alessandra is a perfect and very helpful host with many good suggestions of interesting places in venice. We felt very welcome and had a great time in the little hotel.

Had an excellent stay recently. Good location, not in the busy part. Nice modem, clean rooms. Taking breakfast on the roof terrace was a nice way to start the morning. But the best part was Alessandra, who was extremely helpful in recommendations for Venice. She listened for what we were looking for and spent time with us drawing out a map to help plan our Venice adventure.

The guesthouse was good, quite cosy and familiar. Lovely views to the canal, hence the price. (quite high in comparison to other places where I have stayed in Venice before) .The breakfast is served in the room which sometimes is not the most convenient and it is quite limited (coffee, bread and brioches). The owner was very kind and helpful. To sum up I would say a little bit pricey for what you get, I found 160€ a bit much for this place.

Beautiful, well kept, and located in a quiet little corner of Venice. A rooftop terrace with great views is accessable all the time, and can be used for the included breakfast. The service was outstanding, including wonderful restaurant recommendations. Staff was always available to answer our questions. If I come back to Venice it will be the first place I look to stay!
