We had a great one night stay. The staff were very friendly. I received the check in instructions and access codes via WhatsApp the day before arrival, which was really handy. The air conditioning unit did an excellent job of cooling the room off. There are lots of options for food and drinks within a few blocks in any direction. The neighbourhood itself felt very safe we had no concerns walking around later at night. Easy access on foot to the SITBus Vaticano stop or Lepanto Metro station.

Like many "hotels" in Rome, this one is located on one floor of a residential building. It's a nice property though. Clean and comfortable room. The nice breakfast is a buffet at a cafeteria next door. A bit hard to reach the staff when I had a problem with the lock to my room. They only seem to be present at checkout.

The room was decent for a couple to stay. Don't expect a leisurely stay as this type of property is just for taking rest after a long day or night outings. Room cleaning is done on daily basis. Every basic necessities are available like hairdryer, locker safe in the cupboard, kettle with coffee & sugar sachets, toothbrushes, complimentary wine and mini bar which is quiet impressive 😃
