A small boutique hotel that is family owned and operated in a lovely residential neighborhood in Rome. Very hospitable people, breakfast is simple but nice. Very modern and clean. Walking distance to the Vatican, the train station, the metro, bus stop, little market place, restaurants, etc. If you want to live like local instead of a tourist we highly recommend.

Good location. Plenty of bedrooms. Several great restaurants nearby, and within a comfortable walking distance from the st peter's and the vatican museum. Cute little balkony, reasonable amounts of warm water, good water pressure.
