The hotel is very bad; the staff are not customer-friendly; and the hotel environment is dusty and moldy. In addition, the beds are moldy, the room is full of dust and has many traces of faded paint, and many facilities are not provided well. such as towels, bath soap, toilet pads, refrigerators, prayer rugs for Muslims, and even clothes hangers are also damaged. Cupboards to store things are also not provided. In addition, garbage is also left scattered on the side of the corridor, and the doors of some units do not have locks.

The worst hotel ever, we got cheated by Agoda!!! Picture in Agoda is super nice!!! Super bad smell once we entering the reception!!! Super terrible room ever!!! Did they actually change the bed sheet and the pillow cover!!! Everything is so dirty! Bug is everywhere and I can’t imagine for ppl who got skin sensitive!!! My friend got itchiness even at the reception!!! The hotel should close down forever. We straight away check out once we see the room!
