I am very disappointed.. its should never 3 star hotel. Bedsheet smelly and there's a lot of dirty mark everywhere, pillow smell like saliva, and when i sleep i fell itchy i don't know maybe they haven't change their bedsheet or what.. tv not working, i would never go back again.

The hotel is very bad; the staff are not customer-friendly; and the hotel environment is dusty and moldy. In addition, the beds are moldy, the room is full of dust and has many traces of faded paint, and many facilities are not provided well. such as towels, bath soap, toilet pads, refrigerators, prayer rugs for Muslims, and even clothes hangers are also damaged. Cupboards to store things are also not provided. In addition, garbage is also left scattered on the side of the corridor, and the doors of some units do not have locks.

worst hotel ever 👎🏼 if u plan to book please dont cause u'll regret and waste money. The blanket got blood stain which is very disgusting the smell also like kepam. Dont trust the picture cause it was taken ages. Also when we complained the staff gave excuse bla bla which is not logic

The worst hotel ever, we got cheated by Agoda!!! Picture in Agoda is super nice!!! Super bad smell once we entering the reception!!! Super terrible room ever!!! Did they actually change the bed sheet and the pillow cover!!! Everything is so dirty! Bug is everywhere and I can’t imagine for ppl who got skin sensitive!!! My friend got itchiness even at the reception!!! The hotel should close down forever. We straight away check out once we see the room! I will never forget such worst hotel ever🤬🤬🤬 Not even worth for one star🤬🤬🤬 everywhere is smelly🤬🤬🤬

Hotel yang paling teruk saya pernah pergi,i feel so wasted la my money,Rm75 x 2 but so dirty!the room was so smell,including the bed😡.i can get cheaper and more tidy and clean.pls just tutup la your hotel if you cannot manage properly.teruk👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.anyone who terfikir nak stay sini.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.YOU CAN GET A BETTER HOTEL AND SERVICE
