Good: - The location is great, only a walking distance to most markets and most of the temples. - Rooms were clean, beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. - Rooms were quiet, we never felt disturbed by any noise. - The pool was clean. - The staff at the reception was very friendly. Bad: - Breakfast was mediocre at best. We really expected a larger variety of foods. - A lady in the lobby kept trying to sell us trips. Literally any time we entered or left the hotel she tried to talk to us and convince us to book a trip. This really annoyed us as we couldn't really relax as long as we stayed in the lobby.

Nice and friendly hotel in Chiang Mai with a pool. The room was ok; it was beautiful but we found the bed quite uncomfortable and the doors were difficult to use. We paid extra for a spa bath but the water pressure was too low and we waited 45 minutes for it to fill before we gave up.

Perfect location, but could not sleep well. Sound outside room could easily transmit to the room. Quite noisy during early morning. Pool is small. Lack variety of food for breakfast. Good for people who could sleep with noise.
