Room is OK, but was drilling and loud noise in morning from work men who did not care about waking up guests. When the reception was told they was rude and did not care at all. I love Thailand as the people people are usually so nice and considerate, and I feel upset to have this experience. Many great hotel in Chiang Mai that are polite and care for guests more at cheaper price

Rooms depend on what part of the hotel you are staying in the newer updated rooms are nice The pool is beautiful but some of the rooms are located in an old part of the hotel. The gym has a few things to work out with but don't work very well. Laundry service was efficient. Website description of rooms was confusing and frustrating on check-in.

Overall not bad. The issue I’m not satisfied is the water ponding in the shower room, also my room facing to the village, I heard the dog barking every midnight, couldn’t have the nice rest.
