Room, pool area and kids corner are great for kids and family. Not very impressed with customer service very poor for a 5 star hotel, specially in the breakfast area the waitress are not helpful. They really need to have better service mind. I'll not go back there again.

I took my two children to use the pool during the day. The hotel pool is very cold and it is in shadow all morning and heavily overlooked by large condos. The life guards are very friendly, plus the reception / check-in staff. The F&B team by the pool are a bit challenging / didn’t offer very good service - unhelpful, unfriendly and really lacking any customer service skills. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have kids and/or want to use the pool as even in the Thai sun the water too cold. Note: I can’t comment on the room as didn’t see them. I have given 5 stars as at the time of writing the average score was 4.6.

Beautiful 5 star hotel, only let down by 3 star food. Location is ok but a taxi ride from the popular area of Nimann (sp?) Road. Excellent gym, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. The dimsum buffet at the China room restaurant was underwhelming, albeit quite cheap. Service good rooms clean.

We really enjoyed our two stays here. The location is great and the place can feel like a city on its own (it's huge). The pool and slide are really fun and not too crowded. Environmentally, they seem to have a commitment to minimize plastic here (glass water bottles in rooms, no plastic straws) and there are plenty of vegan/vegetarian items on their various menus. The concierge desk was super helpful (Thor in particular, who was wearing his breast cancer awareness pin 🩷) and Nurse at the front desk was lovely. Don't miss the free coffee and tea bar in the lobby in the morning! Breakfast doesn't start until 630 so having good/strong coffee was great. Interesting mojitos and great breakfast/dinner buffet. If you stay on the 11th floor, they have a happy hour every night that can basically serve as dinner (for real) with what seems like a full bar.
