Everything is very firm here. Pool lounge chairs, beds, chairs etc. FIRM. The opposite of plush. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast buffet is not good. Common library could use a bug zapper for the mosquitos at night. The rooms are intimate but the downside, there lacks sound proofing and privacy.

Decent stay. The hotel itself is clean and rooms are spacious. Bonus points for having a pool. TV’s are outdated - can’t watch Netflix or stream anything. The in-room phone doesn’t work (at least in our room it didn’t) and there wasn’t even a kettle in the room. when we checked in, there was also no soap in the washroom. Apparently the gym has been closed ever since the lockdowns so that was a let down. The breakfast buffet was hands down the worst we’ve had in our 1.5 month tour. The cabinet in our room was broken, and there were stains on the couch. The hotel is just a bit tired. All in all, I think there is definitely room for improvement for a 4 star hotel. Really should be more like a three star hotel.

We needed a place to stay last minute so we booked a room the day of and loved ever second of it! It’s tucked away so it’s really quiet, the staff is kind, and the rooms are HUGE.

We have only just checked in but already immensely impressed with this hotel. From the street you would never realize how beautiful it is. The traditional wooden finishes and carvings, the granite floors and stairs, the greenery and just the general layout. As far as the rooms are concerned they are fabulous, 45m2 so very large and include a small lounge. The staff are amazing and very polite. This hotel is a little hidden gem and great value for money.
