Overall Sunway Pyramid room facing Sunway lagoon is awesome for new.year eve or any lagoon fireworks display. The room standard still maintain even the price is high and still acceptable but not perfect.. But still many disadvantages. Another benefit staying here is easy access to Sunway pyramid shopping mall and also Sunway lagoon. The disadvantages is parking and also hotel pool. The parking is easy get full during big event and need to park far away and access is quite far. Hotel do not have pool and sharing with Sunway lagoon hotel which is quite a walking distance. Access to Sunway resort need to pay extra.

Arrived at 12pm, 3 hours ahead of check-in time. I asked for any available room if possible - initially was asked to deposit my luggage with concierge and return at 2.30pm. Wasn’t expecting much but Special thanks to the friendly Cheryl at reception for quickly arranging a room (very happy to put up my feet). The room was fair for a 4-star hotel. Most importantly, the shower room was sparkling clean with good water pressure. Beds and pillow were comfy and clean. Mild odour at the curtains. The water now comes in glass bottles- took a while to figure out how to open the top. Not much of a view as I did not upgrade. Paid additional rm80/daily for buffet breakfast - big variety located at the adjacent 5-star Sunway Resort but by second day, we would have preferred to just eat at the varoous restaurants in the mall. Best thing is how the mall shops are connected to the hotel- can spend 1-2 days just shopping and eating. Overall, an enjoyable stay

What a great hotel! Service is immaculate. Immediately helped us with our luggage and brought us to our room and guided us around. Big room cause it was corner, loved it! Big mall beside the hotel and many eateries nearby as well. Will definitely come back for this hotel again!

Great value for money. This hotel has way directly to Mall where it is easy for doing shopping and eatery. Also this hotel is in tge same campus of resort where it has many water sports. This is located in selangor which will take 1 hr drive from Airport. During peak hour time will become more traffic and getting park space for car is difficult. Outside to hotel you can find many hotels running 24X7. Better hotel and value for money.

A wonderful and beautiful hotel and a strategic place where you can enter the theme park through it and enter the mall through it. The room we took did not have a great view, because we arrived late, but in general the hotel is wonderful and you do not need to rent a car to go anywhere. The buffet was wonderful and the food was delicious The gym needs to buy new equipment
