We had a perfect two-night stay at this ryokan in Gora, December 2023. The rooms, onsen, and service were exceptional. We were particularly amazed by the food that was included in the price of staying there. So much, and of such high quality! Breakfast and dinner were beyond delicious—all our meals were memorable experiences in their own right. Everyone who works there is warm and attentive. We hope to return soon, and will recommend it to everyone planning a trip to Hakone. The location is perfect if you’re planning to take the ropeway and cruise cycle—the hotel is a two-minute walk from the cable car station. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!
