I really liked the little things about this hotel. Details involving the decor in the rooms are a bit unique and different. The stand out was the level of service of the girl that works the night shift on Saturday. I had a long flight and she was very helpful and understanding of my frazzled state. I also like the luggage scales available in the lobby. A little constructive feedback: the place could use a fresh coat of paint and some updating, as well as some noise insulation due to live bands playing nearby until late night.

Staff in General are nice. Room was smelly and the room was noisy. The aircraft noise its ok, since its an airport hotel. But there are some geese next door and they are noisy even at night. I love animals but this was t much especially when you want to rest. That smell was from the drainage. Quite bad as well. The trip to airport is quick but to get to the nearest mall is terrible as there is construction on the road oposite the hotel. Like I said.. staff were very nice.

Rooms were run down, shower had mold and the shower heads didn’t work well, the bed was like you were sleeping on a rock. The ac is adjustable so that’s nice and the people are nice, location it’s like ten minutes away from the airport so that’s a plus. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. It’s barebones. They said breakfast was from 7 to 10am but they start putting away the food at 9:59am. Also the lobby and hallways of the hotel smell weird an off putting smell tbh

The location was perfect for 1 night as it’s close to the airport but an hour from downtown Bangkok. The staff was friendly. However overall the hotel seems very run down. The room was terrible, bed was hard as a rock, shower door is only 1/4 length of the shower so water goes all of the bathroom and the water pressure is terrible. There was construction noise, dogs barking and traffic noise all night. Would not stay again.
