Location is perfect near the airport and not far away from the downtown, there are several restaurants and shops in walkable distance from the hotel, there is small playing area in the hotel and another one visible from the hotel which can be reached by walking in 5 minites, you have good size fridge and stove, there is free parking area, the staff are polite and helpful when required, you have sea view from some areas, and a nice outdoor sitting area, there is nice breakfast while I suggest some improvements,

good place and nice rooms. their breakfast is very good. they need to work more on their services. some of the towels were not clean. no hair dryer in the room. had to ask for one and was sent 2 hair dryers that were broken. had to ask for an iron. they got me a broken one and had to ask them to change it.

Due to the high demand this season (Summer 2022), availabilities were extremely limited and the prices were ridiculous. Based on the online reviews and photos, this place sounded like the most decent place to stay in, but unfortunately it was a complete ripoff for us. This place was waaay over priced for the quality of the apartment and the services provided. It is barely a 2-star hotel/furnished apartment facility. No soap and toilet papers the first day we checked in, we had to ask for them. They only provided 3 towels for an apartment of 4 adults!! We asked for additional towels multiple times during first day and night but only received them when room service came in the following day. Wifi was so slow and totally useless. We relied on our cell phones data plans. Toilet was so small for an apartment of 4 adults. The washing machine inside the apartment had a faulty spinning cycle at the end. Our clothes came out wet and soaked in water. We had to dry them with a hair dryer!! Gentleman at the reception (Fateh) who works during the day was very nice and tried his best to help us, but one of the receptionists who worked at night had serious attitude issues. Only positive side was the location. The rooms were clean with minor stains on the blankets. Overall this was one the worst hotel experiences for me and my family, and I would not recommend this place to any one.

A really terrible hotel in terms of cleanliness and staff treatment. I had a 6 night non refundable booking. The moment i checked in myself and my family knew we are not going to last in this hotel. You can see the dirt in the alleviator corners. You dont really fee comfortable touching the alleviator buttons. The rooms are so smelly and feel itchy. There are no mirrors in the rooms and the toilet and shower are really small with broken and dripping tubs. The breakfast is in a locked basement with no single window for sunlight. The options in the breakfast are very limited and are really of no good taste. After the first night i asked the staff that i would like to cancel the booking. While they initially agreed to refund the balance 5 nights, later on they refused to refund me as per the instructions of their management. I checked out second day and lost 5 nights of booking that was not refunded. However, i never regret leaving this so called hotel.

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I wish I can give ZERO star. Dirty rooms and the staff are not professional. I wanted to cancel my 5 nights because the hotel is not clean (carpets are dirty, pillows are yellow from people saliva and sweat, blankets are yellow, dust all over the room whenever I touch anything I have to sanitize my hands and wash, no tooth brush, water boiler is very dirty…etc.) but the staff are not helping me at all !!! They insisted that the room is clean, when I asked to speak to a manager they refused and they said manager will not come. I had to buy my own pillow to be able to sleep for 1 night until morning to change the hotel. Avoid booking rooms in this hotel. Worst experience in my whole life 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
