The hotel smells like egg. The room is not clean. Shower is broken. Kitchen sink is blocked. Room ac smells from cigarettes. Blankets, sheets, and towels are stained. One of my worst experiences ever.

+furkan was super nice. He bought me an ayran and refused to take money +clean rooms with AC +close tot he airport -no shops nearby only a small super market -rooms were a bit congested

This hotel is so conveniently located if you will be driving around the region. Also the manager Ihsan is the best - he took such good care of us and really saved us when we left something important in our room and didn’t realize until we were already at the airport! Breakfast is really nice, and they will cook special food like muhlama which is a local speciality, especially amazing considering it is included for a low price. Lovely sea views from many rooms. We have stayed there twice now!

- New building with elegant design, parking, spacious and shiny apartments with two terraces. - The staff are welcoming and helpful, they offered a free breakfast for the whole group as we have arrived before check in time. In addition, they allowed us to keep our luggage for around 5 days when we traveled to other cities, and I am really grateful for that. You really feel that you are in a safe and secure place, the guys in the reception looked after my baby when he went out the appartement alone. - The lady working in the cook station is so inviting and always smiling. - The breakfast is delicious and satisfying, it has different varieties everyday, there is a cook station where they prepare your preferences of eggs, in addition to assorted cheese, fruits, jams, savories like cheese sticks, french-fries, salads, and desserts as halva and cookies, drinks includes juices, Turkish tea and instant coffee. - The appartement is equipped with fridge, kettle, water, tea and coffee. As well as, shampoo, soaps and towels. - Daily cleaning service is available. - There are cold stores nearby, and few meters away there are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. - Around 10 min to Trabzon Maydan, Airport, Forum Mall. Areas for improvement: - There is only a mirror and is the one in the bathroom. - Bathroom needs more cleaning, surfaces and walls are steaky and there is mold in some corners. I had to buy a bathroom cleaner spray. Daily cleaning covers replenishment with shampoo and tissue papers only. - It would be better if there are trash bins in the rooms and tissue papers other than the one in the toilette. - Daily cleaning shall include changing bed sheets and beddings daily not just if they got dirty. - Bed sheets are clean but some have old spots. - The facility is located on a hill, it is not a problem if you have a car.
