We stayed here because it was dog friendly. The proximity to Victoria Park, just across the road was a bonus for walking. Commercial Bay is a 17 minute walk away and we liked being in the middle of the city. Our little dog was welcomed. Continental Breakfast was a selection of cereals, tinned fruit and pastries in the small cafe on the ground floor which doubles as the reception. The young woman who manned this sometimes needed support and it seemed a bit understaffed. The apartment was very well designed and comfortable. However the furniture upolstery on closer inspection needed a bit of a clean. We enjoyed the stay and the ease of parking right by reception.

I don’t actually write reviews in Hotels. But this time I will, To encourage anyone wanted to stay this place to be Careful of your belongings. We stayed there last weekend January 19-20-2024. At 19th which is Friday late afternoon we went to airport sending back my sister to Dubai.I think its 8:30pm when we get back to Hotel 9 pm went to Bed and slept to left side and took of my earring and place to bedside table. Morning of Saturday January 20, we had an early check out about 9 am,i packed our stuff in kitchen bench and lounge area,unfortunately the thing i remembered that bedside table I dont check before we Left the room. We are busy on that day buying plants for our garden here in Whangrei, late night before bed I touched my ear wondering wheres my earing? I remembered directly that i put that earing in bedside table.We rang them he said he will ask housekeeping etc. Whole night of thingking hopefuly they can find it. Sunday morning, we cant wait we ring them again but sounds hopeless. Monday we drove to Auckland to talk to them personally but they said, housekeeping coudnt find anything blah blah. I know its my fault that i Forget my earring to that table,its my mistake.That i coudnt find it anymore someone put it on their pocket, its Valuable earring,we bought it at Partridge Jewellers in Queen St, 3 years ago costing 3500$. Please be aware staying that Hotel, once you forget someting and think you wont find it Anymore and unfortunately no help either. We advise our friends family not to stay on that hotel.

Amazing suite room with incredible view Sky Tower. Big room, all amenities u need , microwave, fridge, cook facilities, wash machine and Dryer. I didn't like the bed and pillow, still ok to sleep. Not housekeeping service unless u request. Friendly Aussie girl at reception, departure the girl at reception was ok.Good location. Very noise , the window are not soundproof.

A nice sized room the met all our needs. In a good location. Abby and Ishika were very pleasant and greeted everyone in a welcoming manner. They helped us plan our daily sightseeing as well. The breakfast was two different cereals, toast with spreads, different pastries, yogurt, meats and cheese. Beverages consisted of juices and your choice of tea or coffee. Smaller than a lot of places but enough to start your day on.
