Glass bathroom has a curtain for privacy for the two bed room. Rooms are clean and nice.

Walls are extremely thin. I can hear everyone adjacent room conversations, sex, Cough, vomit. Either there's a karaoke attached to this building or people love to play music all throughout the night. People also smoke in the room and the smell transfers to my room. Everything else is neat and clean and the staff is nice. Other than that...I would avoid if you want to sleep. Edit: after talking with the staff they were nice to offer to move me to another room. If you stay here be sure to request a quiet room. Everything else has been good.

Excellent accommodation and services. Room is clean and tidy and smells great! The portion of the breakfast are very generous and delicious. Surprisingly, all the western choices always taste better. The designs are unique and eye pleasing, and the hotel are well equipped with facilities.

Service from the staffs are great & polite, always greeting you when you are heading out or returning back to the hotel. Hotel rooms are clean, location is very convenient (~8-10mins walk to the nearest train station). Cons is that their rooms are not adequately sound proof - not recommended for light sleepers. Can always hear the opening & closing of doors from other guest & staff, even the sound of the tv coming from another room. Rooms are pretty small & cosy - not recommended for guest travelling with large luggages. P.s they do have a few stalls around the hotel which serves affordable local food like the beef noodle just below the hotel & the breakfast shop a few streets away.

I stayed here for 3 months. Despite having spent quite a bit of money staying here I found out I was not getting the best rate(better rates online). Management did not want to honor the discounts online. My room was never cleaned. Staff was very rude. Had I not already been sick of traveling I would have moved somewhere else. After asking to speak to upper management 20+ times staff still refused to let me talk to a manager.
