Location: you may see every type of people while walking from the metro, sex workers, drug addicts, thieves. Room facilities: broken appliances, low quality material (e.g. polyester blanket, shampoo,...) Breakfast: Not worth the money, nothing especial. They just put in the fridge most vegtables thus not fresh. Friendliness: you can expect that suddenly your plate is taken while eating by the lady during the breakfast. It happened to me twice as if you are not allowed to eat more than what she allows. In fact nothing much to eat but why so unfriendly and impolite. Finally, the rooms have just single glazed windows and since the area is not quiet, be ready for constant sirens of Ambulances, police cars, and honking. Even if the windows are closed. Note that, the windows are located close to the floor. You need to sit on the floor if you want to look out. Despite all, the boys at the reception are helpful and nice.

Well, it is a good hotel but it does not provide good money value. I understand it’s a big traveling season but it’s not worth a 100 usd per night or so. First of all, the rooms are very spacious but the furniture is very old and somewhat shabby. I also don’t Understand why or how it’s a 4 star hotel. I’d give it a max of 3- if I’m being generous. Second, they clean the rooms everyday but they brought us dirty towels that had makeup stains on them! One of them even had an eyelash! Third, the provided breakfast is suitable for a one star hotel because it’s not so variant. Last, the safe wasn’t ready on our first night and they got someone to fix it the next day. The staff however is nice and speaks English well. If it was available for a lower price, I’d understand but the fact that we got forty towels, and old furniture with now view doesn’t make it that good of a deal.

Title: Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The front desk staff were unhelpful, and I was left without a towel at night. The rooms were uncomfortably humid and emitted a musty odor. Cleanliness was not a strong suit; the floors were somewhat filthy, and overall hygiene was lacking. The winter stay was a challenge; the heaters were non-functional, forcing us to endure freezing temperatures and resort to wearing hats to sleep. Additionally, the noise level in the hotel was disruptive. The third bed in the room was more of an uncomfortable sofa than an actual bed. On the positive side, breakfast was satisfactory, and the hotel's location provided great access to Taksim Square. Despite these redeeming factors, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for about a week and it was awesome! First of all the location is wonderful, takes almost 3 minutes to get to Taksim square, metro station, bus station and vans. We could go to Esteqlal Street whenever we wanted! The room was clean and spacious. (We got the Deluxe Family one) The staff and the receptionist were really helpful, whenever we asked for anything they helped us kindly. Once I asked for iron in the lobby and as soon as I got off the elevator and got to our room the lady rang the bell and brought it for me! They charged tea, water, coffee and other stuff everyday! The breakfast was also very delicious. The menu is not that various but we were satisfied. Just remember, toothbrush and toothpaste is not included in their room service. My friends and I all agreed that with the budget that we had, we could have the most amazing experience of travelling abroad. I hope that anyone who stays at this hotel have a good experience like us!
