Worth every penny. That is extremely rare for me to write. Pictures on Google don't do the place or location justice. Great villa style rooms. Restaurant prices were comparable to what was on the street and the food/service was some of the best, if not the best we had in SE Asia. Nice calm getaway from the hustle and bustle of downtown Ubud (but within walking distance). This place is also beside Sacred Monkey Forest. Highly recommended.

We went Kalyana Restaurant after our 2 hrs massage. The food was well plated and delicious. The drinks are very tasty! They have a buy 1 get 1 free drinks happy hour from 2pm-7pm so we had 4 drinks in total! The hospitality also welcoming and Bayu our server was very cordial and attentive. We enjoyed appetizers(papaya salad and Vietnamese spring roll), main dishes, and desserts. We had a latte with dessert and they designed a cute little snail image in the foam, adorable! The views were also amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone! Swing through to give it a try! Even if it’s just for a cocktail while enjoying the view.

We spent the first 3 nights of our honeymoon here and we had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly, professional, and beyond accommodating. The restaurant on the property is very delicious - we have had breakfast, lunch, and dinner and we were never disappointed. Ariani was the sweetest, and took the time to teach us some common Balinese phrases. The spa was a great experience. The property very beautiful and clean. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bali.

Visited this property with my husband and kid. Absolutely amazing! It will relax you to the core. We had a plunge pool overlooking the forest. We cancelled all our plans for a day to just stay in and enjoy the property. The restaurant is amazing too. Chefs make authentic western and Balinese food. If we ever come back to Bali, we will stay here again. Very Close to monkey forest.

Title: Disappointing Experience at a Supposed 5-Star Hotel Rating: ★ I recently had the opportunity to stay at Bisma hotel , which claimed to be a luxurious 5-star establishment. However, my experience left much to be desired, and it became apparent that the hotel fell significantly short of its advertised rating. First and foremost, the housekeeping services at the hotel were extremely disappointing. The cleanliness of the rooms was below par, with signs of neglect and lack of attention to detail. The linens and towels were not properly maintained, and the overall tidiness of the room left much to be desired. It was evident that the housekeeping staff lacked the necessary training and dedication to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. In addition to the poor housekeeping services, the overall level of service from the hotel's employees was subpar. Most of the staff members appeared inexperienced and lacked the professionalism one would expect from a supposed 5-star hotel. Requests were often met with delays and a lack of follow-up, showing a general disregard for guest satisfaction. However, it is worth mentioning that our honeymoon dinner at the hotel was a pleasant experience. The restaurant staff provided attentive service and created a romantic atmosphere, which contributed positively to our overall stay. It was the one aspect of our visit that met our expectations. Overall, I must express my disappointment with [Bisma]. While they may claim to be a 5-star hotel, the reality was far from it. From the lackluster housekeeping services to inexperienced staff, the hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a luxury establishment. I would strongly advise potential guests to carefully consider their options and manage their expectations if they choose to stay at this hotel. It is my hope that the management of [Bisma hotel] takes these feedback seriously and works towards improving their services and facilities to provide a more satisfactory experience to future guests.
