Stayed last weekend for a night. When we arrived at the lobby they said they didn't finish cleaning the room yet so we were asked to transfer to a different wing/lobby. The room was clean enough and necessities were there. Everything was working well. There was only one room key though, although we didn't really need a spare since my friend and I didn't have separate activities/schedules. Location is really great as well, just a good walking distance from NAIA Terminal 3 via Runway Manila with lots of stores nearby.

The rooms are affordable compared to other establishments with same room offerings. They also have appliances that are suitable if you will stay longer. They are also accommodating. And it's very convenient if you will be going to NAIA Terminal 3 since it is more or less 5 minutes away.

A very nice apartment a short grab (90 peso from the airport). I booked for a same day stay, arriving 6am and departing 10pm and they were happy to accommodate. One negative to note I did arrange a few weeks before on whatsapp and email, and re-confirmed a day before, but on arrival they didn’t have the room type I booked which was for just under 2000 peso, they advised they only had an apartment that was a bigger room for 3000 peso, I did try and negotiate but to no success, and took the room given the time after a long flight. Very good internet speed (Globe) over 50mb/s. Despite the short coming in communication I would book again.

My wife and I chose Tess and Tessha Condotel due to its proximity to Terminal 3, but it turned out to be the worse decision we could have ever done. In stark contrast with the photos advertised online, we were given a filthy room with aged and poorly maintained furniture. As we had a short layover in Manila, we did not complain. What was beyond acceptability, however, was the huge rat that we found in the bathroom. Staff at the reception seemed surprised that we requested to change room but acquiesced. We were told we'd be given an upgrade, however the second room we got, although bigger, was just as grimy and full of dust under the bed and the sofa. We inspected every corner, but could not shake the feeling of being unsafe and did not manage to sleep. Worst experience in years of travelling all over the world. Our heartfelt advice is to avoid this place.
