Family run, professional service. Rooms are nice and clean and adequate. There's no elevator so if you pack heavy request the lower floor. Breakfast is made-to-order with few things to grab from the bar. No complain. Not recommend to come with car, no parking space. But for this location you don't need a car to explore all the highlights in the city. A good stay.

Love this place. Great location, clean rooms, nice bed/pillows etc, and great price! But even more important is the staff as I gotten to know them because I stay here so much! Hahaha. P’Su and Nong Aum are such great hosts and help with everything above and beyond. And also P’Gail and her daughter help with the rooms and do an awesome job. Highly recommend!!

The owner and whole staff are very nice, polite and man oriented. They care about people here and not only about money. The room is basic, not as good looking as photo, but more like a guest house. Also I had to cancel my booking already after check in and the property kindly agreed to return me money, so I rate their customer relation very high. I wished to stay even. The main disadvantage as for the solo travelier for me: the safety box which is so light and not screwed to the wall, so anyone can easy pick the whole safety box and bring out of room. However I understand that fot many people such a thing is not a problem and as for combination of nice location, price and frienliness I will consider to stay here again. Also one huge disadvantage is that there is no electricity plug near the bed.
