Loved our stay here! The staff were amazing, helped us plan excursions. Rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious. The breakfast although modest was really tasty and had everything we needed. A short walk or cab ride into the old town, great selection of coffee shops in close proximity.

The hotel looks great, very clean with good decorations. The staff are very friendly and helpful with a service mind. They are willing to help me carrying my belongings and guided me to the room. My room was on the building next to the street, on the 3rd floor. Sometimes hearing the cars drive on the street but not so loud. Everything in the room is perfect for me. The bed & pillow are so good. Anyway, there is no partition between the wet & dry zone in the bathroom & no dryer but it is not a big thing for me at all. This place is good for guests who have a car or enjoy walking around. 10-12 car park lots available, free bicycles are provided. The breakfast is a buffet and the foods are variety and delicious. There is available working space for you inside the reception area. This is the 1st time for me to stay here. For me, it is over my expectations.

We found this to be an excellent hotel: clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds etc. All the staff were lovely, friendly helpful & professional. The hotel is over the river from the old city where most of the tourist sites are, and it's a bit of a walk, but we found this to be a positive thing as it's quieter and there are some great quirky little bars and eateries around the neighborhood. Would certainly stay again and would highly recommend this hotel.

i stayed 3 nights . it was very good. Being a solo traveller a person worries at a new place but honestly this is a very nice hotel. Very first thing was get settled in the reception is very helpfull gave me suggestions where to go eat , sites to see etc. Very clean rooms and very spacious . i booked the deluxe with king excellent . The pool was excellent to and so were pool grounds. They have free pedal bikes you can take out and go gor a ride. You can also rent moped’s and go everywhere which i did to explore the city. The hotel is close to downtown .Take a taxi, tuk tuk but best thing is to DL Grab way cheaper also. So to sum it all up i don’t have anything bad to say . i definitely stay again!! Thank You !!

I found the room drab and the interior fittings look very basic. I hated having an extra unused “3rd” bed in the room and to make matters worse the upholstery was full of stains - gross!!! Lots of noise from upstairs - starts daily at around 6am. Thumping steps, shower and flushing toilets. Breakfast was very limited and not very appetizing. If you are looking for a budget hotel this is ok but don’t expect much comfort
