Me and my partner recently visited this hotel for a weeks stay in Athens. The room was basic and we had booked a double room but instead we were given two single beds pushed together. The comfort of the beds was fine for us both, worth noting here that we are a young couple. The shower was powerful, hot and the hotel provided clean towels. They also provided a hairdryer but the one in our room was broke, I asked the first morning for a new one and they gave us one. There was a mini fridge in the room which was great to keep a couple of bits cool and the air conditioning worked great. The staff were friendly and helped if needed. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the centre which was ideal for us. The breakfast was nice, we are vegetarian and there was enough options for variety thought out the week. This hotel will be ideal for anybody who wants somewhere to stay while in Athens but are not looking for any luxury.

Great value for money as it's centrally located within bus stops and metro station within few minutes of walk. Staff was generous to change my room from single beds to double bed, as my booking agent erroneously booked single beds. Note that the lane around the hotels doesn't seem to be safe and be cautious while roaming around at night

The hotel was quite comfortable to relax in with no any distraction or noise nearby and had the necessary facilities. I liked the way the hotel rooms were organized, and thanks for getting our request well in advance of arrival. Regarding the service cleaning, there should have been slightly better routines, the cleaners are hardly visible to the guests in the hotel, it is good that they are doing their job, but we have noticed that they knock and open the door at the same time without us knowing when they plan to clean our room. The other negative view is that the shower could have been prepared a little better as the water runs out to the basin and onto the floor in some cases without a glass protector or shower curtain. Otherwise, I appreciate the breakfast service at the hotel, they had a very delicious and hearty breakfast that was served every morning, we really liked this and the staff who work there are very nice and calm people.

Cons: - The rooms were very very basic and the cig smoke would come right into the room. -tv wouldn't work in any other language. -Breakfast was not good and if you're not there the first hour, it's heavily picked over -Bedding is very itchy and towels are hard -Location I would give a 3 out of 5 -No microwave -Rooms could be cleaner, but thats mostly a dust issue (note, I didn't open the windows) -Noise carries A LOT. If there are ppl in the hall, it will feel like theyre in your room Pros: - Spacious rooms and BIG bathrooms -Accept night walkins -Market/Cafe diagonally across the street -Has mini fridge -Air con worked well -A bit more on the pricier side for what you get, but still not bad -Staff were not rude. Though we didn't interact with them much Things to note: - This area is a bit loud -This is an area where there are A LOT of the unhoused community. They were not aggressive at all. Some places yell at them, but I don't think they deserved it. -The train in this area isn't great and is a hot spot for pickpockets -To get to the busy and social area, you will realize that youre on the outskirt of the area.
