I loved everything about this hotel. It's in a great location within walking distance to shopping and all of the squares/parks in Savannah. The signature scent in this place is amazing. The rooms are modern, and the beds have white, buttery bedding with lots of pillows. If I could purchase gallons of the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, I would do so in a second. Something I really enjoyed in Savannah's hot, humid climate were the guest water dispensers on each floor. They dispense room temp, chilled and sparkling water. Each guest receives a water bottle upon check-in. There is a pool and a rooftop bar. The views are great as well.

The Alida has a great location. The lobby is beautiful. The staff is all wonderful. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and polite. Alice at the front desk was great! The bars are very nice & have beautiful lounge areas. The rooftop bar is the best part. Beautiful views. The rooms are okay. They were clean, not immaculate, but clean. The steamer had mold growing in it. The bed was comfortable & clean. The rooms are not bad but they are less than you expect them to be after seeing the lobby, restaurant, and other common areas. They are underwhelming. Another great feature that they have at this hotel are the water stations on each floor. They feature cold, ambient and sparkling water and the hotel gives you refillable bottles. I wish all hotels had this! Location is great to get to a lot of great places in Savannah with ease.

Check in is at 4PM. I checked in around 8. I had to go back to the front desk because of how nasty and unclean the room was!!! For all that money and fees no one should’ve been called to clean a room and make the bed. It was suppose to be already cleaned!!! On top of that we text the number 10 mins ahead of time to get our vehicle. Went down stairs. No vehicle!! I will never stay here again and on top of that I will not recommended anyone to stay here.

I recently enjoyed an outstanding stay at the Alida hotel in Savannah. This hotel effortlessly combines class and trendiness without a hint of pretentiousness. The staff's world-class service, from the concierge to the valet attendants, left an indelible impression. I was particularly touched when a valet attendant moved his own car to assist me with parking. The rooms are beautifully cozy and tastefully decorated, while the pool area offers daytime fun and relaxation. However, the real highlight is the rooftop bar, with breathtaking views of Savannah and live music that enhances the already enchanting ambiance. The Alida is a must-visit for those seeking an unforgettable Savannah experience, where sophistication meets genuine warmth. In summary, my stay at the Alida hotel was exceptional. With its perfect blend of elegance, attentive staff, inviting rooms, and captivating rooftop bar, it's a top choice in Savannah for a memorable and delightful getaway. I can't wait to return to this gem of a hotel.

We had an excellent overall experience at the Alida. The staff was fantastic, especially Ms. Rodriguez at the front desk. She helped us out when there was a discrepancy with the room we booked and the info the hotel got, and then went above and beyond by running up to the 3rd floor to check that the new room was ready when she was waiting to hear from housekeeping. We saw her go out of her way to help out other guests as well. Rooms are nicely designed and modern, furniture and bedding is great, the gym is fantastic, and the bar (and the bartenders) were excellent. Food at the restaurant was surprisingly excellent. The amenity fee is annoying but there were enough benefits that it didn’t bother us too much, and we got such great service from the bar that it ended up being a bit of a silver lining. Only real complaint is that there’s no way to get coffee before 7am. Seems like an easy win to put it in the lobby instead of the restaurant a little bit earlier.
