Our night at The Alpha Suites was awesome! My daughter had a blast celebrating her birthday with a few friends in the suite. The place was perfect – super roomy living and dining area, and the lighting was just right. They've got everything you need, from a massive fridge to a microwave and toaster. There's even a Maytag washer and dryer in case you need to do a quick wash. The location is spot on too! With a couple of convenience stores right downstairs and a ton of restaurants to choose from, it made everything super convenient for us. No need to go far for snacks or a good meal. Just added to the whole hassle-free experience.

The rooms feel like home. They have washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. Appliances are complete and perfect for long term stays. They also deliver your grab food to your room. No need to pick up downstairs. Not all hotels do this. (-) We went to get free breakfast, the staff asked us for our room number and let us go in. After getting our food, the staff approached us and said that our room doesn’t have free breakfast. She asked if we’d like to pay now or just charge it to our room. The staff should’ve checked first before letting us in and letting us get our food.

Great hotel for staying in Makati. The room has everything you need. I think they were a bit too futuristic though with the lighting and TV system— it’s confusing to operate and doesn’t work all of the time.

So I was very impressed with this hotel. I never expected that the rooms here would be quite sizeable and well-appointed. The room had a washing machine and dryer, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, oven toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, plates and cutlery, ironing board and steam iron, a nice sofa and more. I just felt this room was really complete. Bed was comfortables which made me sleep soundly.

The hotel is just like a home, where the room is very clean. Room service are very prompt and all the staff right from the front desk to the waiters and cleaners are very polite and helpful. The complementary breakfast is excellent composing of all varieties. Only improvement they need is to increase the number of items in the lunch-dinner menu.The location is also very quiet and convenient as we can book transport very easily. If I have to visit that part of Bangaluru, I will definitely choose Alphasuite.
