No complaints at all. Upgraded to a better room which was very spacious. Pyjamas and toiletries are provided and the rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Afternoon snacks are provided daily which was a nice touch. Location is probably not the best as it’s not particularly near to anything other than the video gaming area. However all tourist attractions were still very accessible by metro which was just around the corner from the hotel.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel. Staff is amazing, service is excellent. The ONLY issue I have is the fact that they switch the A/C to heating in the middle of November. We stayed here for a total of 8 nights, and 6 of them we had to stay with no A/C. I understand Japanese people love their heater, and I respect that, but some of us do need colder temperature to just be able to sleep. Especially us tourists who come from a much colder place! I ended up having to open the window at night (which only opens about a foot or so), and was not able to sleep at all. Sadly I don't think I'll be staying here again, if I come around the same time next year. You can go under a blanket if the room gets too cold, but you can't really do much when the room gets too hot and you can only turn on the heater, and not the A/C.

Not sure why bad rating, this place exceeds all my expectations, I have traveled a lot and tokyo is an expensive country. Location is less than a min walk from nearest metro. Tokyo Station is just 2 stops. Most of all , the room though not the biggest.. the space overall is quite decent I would say. It's clean , comfortable and had everything you need. Definitely recommend to choose this place for the price, for sure will stay again.

I would not recommend staying here. There is an unpleasant musty smell throughout the building. The rooms in particular smell musty and dusty and the smell does not dissipate. The lifts also smell unpleasant. I saw people cleaning but the whole place smells unclean. I asked to be moved from my booked room to a different room because the dusty warm smell in the room was so unpleasant and the air conditioning vent concerned me. The towels were not great quality, nor was the bedding. The bathroom was not cleaned to a high standard. This is far, far inferior to The B Ginza where I stayed at the start of my trip in Japan (and would recommend wholeheartedly).
