Both manager and staff are superb! rooms - not equipped for cooking (although they have the equipment but you can’t cook anything decent with them) but if you are staying here u don’t really need to… the rooms get pretty dirty very fast and aren’t very comfortable… Old tv Bad lighting Lobby- amazing! Good for work, chat, and a daily tea party 😅 (super fun) Price- for a month in a room for 2 (big one) 16,000 Locations- 2 min from 7eleven 7 minutes to maya mall 12 minutes to niman one street

Large spacious rooms with private balcony. The rooms are clean and taken care of, if dated and slightly overused. Staff were very friendly. Location is great, quiet though just on the verge of Nimman's business center.

I had a wonderful 2 months stay at Bliss hotel. My room was spacious, bright and clean. The staff are very attentive and always willing to help. The rooms are also very reasonable priced for the Niemann area. I could not be more happy with my stay and would definitely be booking this place again when back in Chiang Mai!

I think 2 stars is about fair. The price is reasonable, and the view I had from the loft apartment was particularly good (nice view of Doi Suthep). The apartment was quite spacious and confortable. The staff are also generally nice and freindly, as is usually the case in Thailand. However, there are some notable downsides. The noise from the dogs barking outside is one. Of course, the hotel cannot do much about this as it is coming from the neighbours' dogs, and I believe this is a problem in other places also. So it is important to be fair here. The fact of the matter is though, I couldn't sleep well even with earplugs (the dogs can be barking all night; literally all night). The other issue is the ants. Again this will not be a problem unique to this hotel, but it is still a problem. I complained at reception and was given a can of spray, which was never going to solve the problem as the ants were everywhere. I must recognize that I did not complain again afterwards, and should have done, opting to use vinegar (it does quite a good job!) to try and solve the problem myself. Finally, I thought that charging me two nights extra at the end of my 4 month stay was a bit poor class. Sure, I was supposed to leave on the last day of the month, but instead could only collect my remaining things from the room at about 5pm the next day. But I was there for 4 months (on a longer term lease), and the hotel was clearly not busy. Maybe cut guests a bit of slack who have been there for months!? I am not criticizing especially for this because maybe technically they were right, but still it left a bit of a poor taste after a longish stay, and charging two nights extra seemed excessive
