It was perfect, from the lobby decor that was very well designed and fun! With free apples at the counters and lovely flower bed decor and glass staircase. Very picture friendly :) Professional staff at the counter too. The bedroom was perfect, best nights sleep with their pillows and duvets which we always take note of. Loved the bathroom decor as well with glass window. Beautiful night view of surrounding lit up buildings, loved the atmosphere. We ordered breakfast to the bedroom in the morning (eggs Benedict and pancakes) which were amazing! Location was the best part, close to everything and we watch the hockey game close by so it was very convenient! Loved the pool and the business room that felt very welcoming and prepared.

We stayed in room 332 the and the balcony was the hugest I’ve ever seen at hotel and the view was awesome! The suite was as big as my old rental unit in the west end. The staff went above and beyond, the hotel interior is beautiful, my kids loved the fish tank and Christmas display, the location is perfect and walking distance to all downtown has to offer!

Great location, reasonable prices, and excellent amenities. The service was good, but not outstanding, from the front desk staff. Would have expected more based on other reviews. The rooms were comfortable (if not a little dated) and some minor features didn't work (i.e. bedside lamp was loose and wouldn't turn on). Surprisingly quiet given the central location! Pool and hot tub were great. I would stay here next time we visit Van!

We had a really great stay in the loft suite. The outdoor area was nice that provided a table and chairs. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating and texted when our room was ready as we requested an early check-in. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and sunbathing area was very nice. Only feedback would be to update the coffee table in the room as it has been abused. Will definitely come back.

My partner and I stayed in the Loft suite, we were in so shocked because the suite was amazing. Such a cool experience staying in such a big room with two levels. They even had features like opening the curtains with the flip of a switch. The room was nice, clean and comfy. The beds were nice, we also tried the breakfast restaurant that was attached and were pleasantly suprised how good the service was. It was such an excellent stay at Hotel Blu and we will definitely be staying there again.
