I was totally satisfied with the overall stay. The rooms were clean and recently renovated. The breakfast had enough options and the stuff was friendly. If you want a quiet stay in Rome outside the city centre it's all you can ask for.

Absolutely deplorable! Slow elevators, basic rooms that remind you of a Motel 6 in the U.S. I was given an accessible room with a roll in shower that was tiny and that I didn’t ask for. There was no bidet in the bathroom. The safe in my room didn’t work. The mattress was hard as cement. And despite my request to not be disturbed housekeeping bothered me while I was there changing my clothing and repacking. I ended up making accommodations elsewhere at a local friend’s home and just used my room as a storage facility. It’s very far from the city center. The breakfast and dining options on site were not great and there wasn’t much nearby. I only had a reserved stay here because the tour company I booked (EF Go Ahead Tours) picked the cheapest hotel possible while charging me premium pricing. Do not recommend 0/10.

I stayed in nov 2023. The hotel room was absolutely awful dirty. Room dirty. Carpet dirty. Bed sheets dirty. The staff leaves all the doors open but the room smells. Awful hotel. The lobby is ok. I will never stay there again. Cheap and very far from the city center. But this much dirty is not acceptable at any price. AWFUL. I also must add that customer service was rude and un efficient. They ask you to leave your key but then you can wait 30 mins to get it back if 2/3 people do check in! Plus rude comments I got from the staff. This is just a bad customer service

We stayed there for 3 nights in September 2023. WE RECEIVED AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE specifically FROM A TALL, BALD MAN IN THE RESTAURANT AREA WHO WOULD NOT GIVE OUT HIS NAME, and who we later found out is one of the managers there. Breakfast buffet was a disaster, no food was available, no forks, no knives, no spoons, no cups, no glasses; when I came to inform this to him, HE GOT AGGRESSIVE, RAISED HIS VOICE, AND CAME UP TO MY FACE LIKE A BULLY, TO THE POINT OF ALMOST HITTING ME, AND MADE A SCENE IN FRONT OF EVERYONE IN THE DINNING HALL. He said to go somewhere else if we didn't like their breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very kind, but said there was nothing they could do, since this aggressive person was a manager, and that if he didn't give out his name there was nothing they could do either. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM ANY HOTEL STAFF TO A CUSTOMER, EVEN FROM ANY HUMAN TO ANOTHER HUMAN, AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BY THE HOTEL LEADERSHIP. TALL, BALD, WHITE, AGGRESSIVE MAN WORKING IN THE RESTAURANT AREA. It is a shame, because the rooms were very nice and spacious, even though the location of the hotel is very far from the city center and main attractions. Would ultimately not recommend it.
