Very bad and dirty hotel, The smell of entire hotel, rooms, elevator, beds, and sheets are garlic and human dirt like it never been cleaned before it is nauseous. Also I have arrived to the hotel at 11 Am to check in, but they said that the rooms will be available at 1:30 Pm, and we have waited until 3:45 Pm and still rooms not ready. The worst management ever. My book was 3 nights, but I cancelled 2 nights because the hotel was intolerable. I wouldn’t book this again even if it was for free.

Visited the place a few weeks ago. Upon entering you can see that the lobby is quite small with a few couches in place. Staff were generally okay like there's no wow factor for their service. The room is quite spacious and relatively clean. It has a huge couch which is very unexpected as I was only hoping to see a standard set up. The bathroom is clean and spacious as well. But the only problem is that they have this shampoo and lotion bottles attached to the wall that is very much empty. We tried to ask for more toiletries but sadly it never arrived. During our stay, it seemed the hotel has a problem of which the keycards don't work and someone from the staff has to let us in the room everytime we leave. Which resulted to us very rarely leaving the room or if we do we have to leave the door it a bit open via double lock. So the sense of security just flew right the window 😂 I was very surprised with how small and lacking their "fitness center" is. It's typically a small room with 2 small treadmills, some weighs, stationary bike and some other machines is covered in a thin layer of dust. Good thing for this hotel is the location. It's very near Musherib downtown (which we liked very much), Al Bidda park for the Expo and it has big convenient store at the side of the building.

I am moving around hotels in Doha for the last 6 months , and among all this was the worst checkin I ever made. Reception: Sir you need to pay a deposit for damages. Me: What is deposit for damages , no one ever asked me for this in Doha. Reception: This is policy by all 3,4 and 5 hotels in Doha Me: That is not true , I went to all type of hotels and no one ever asked for this, do you have a bar in the room so you need insurance Reception: No, it's for your damages ME: OK, please proceed but I making a bad review for that Reception: Sir if you don't like our policy you don't have to checkin. Me: No please proceed in my check in I need to sleep. Reception: Then why bad review Me:..... Rec:..... Me:....Rec:... 10 minutes negotiation then I said I wasted a lot of time please take the deposit in cash and let me in I paid in cash, but the returned money missing the room fees. I asked her, please I need to pay room with card I need the cash. Reception: sorry we don't return money Me: Return what money I need to pay deposit in cash and the remaining with card. Reception: What is done is done, and the transaction is recorded and nothing I can do for you. I walked away before I do something to regret. On top of that my first room smelled terrible and had to change , and the whole hotel have strange bad smell. Not recommended at all , most of Doha hotels within same price have much, much better customer service, regulations, and this is the first hotel that smells that bad.
