The Receptionist by the name of Irfan was so rude while speaking to the guests. He would not let the guests' family in to visit even after showing proof of identity and passing the x-ray check. We appreciate the Security for mediating. He acted very professional. Wish we knew his name.

Fair rooms for a short stay, and very good service. Easily accessible location and I don't think that has a great parking Area. The minus points are very noisy 🙄 and congested areas. Surrounded by many Bengali and Nepali citizens on Thursday eve it will give a glimpse of DHAKA.

Someone from housing keeping stole my wife’s gold wedding band. I spoke to staff regarding this incident and they were not helpful. I hope they do the right thing and compensate us for the stolen item. My wife was rightful hurt by this incident. It is unfortunate this happened to her during her last day in doha. I would recommended to not bring valuable items since the staff are not trustworthy. Horrible experience!!!
