We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The location was perfect. The room was well thought out and clean. The king bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. The breakfast was tasty and had something for everyone. The hotel with the best service in the region!!! I would definitely recommend it!!!

The hotel room was did not have clean sheets. We had to keep telling them to change it. Since we traveled after COVID ended, the hotel was in a bad state and had renovation work going on Breakfast doesn't have a good variety Good location since you can walk to Istiklal Street

Location: very good View : nice Noise: calm in the 9th floor Service: very good, friendly staff very helpful Reception service: perfect and very professional Bed: a bit hard and pillows quality are average Room space: very small and no bedside tables Bedroom: nice and clean Safety box available Cleanliness: excellent Breakfast: good and various just the coffee needs improvement. No welcome drink. No coffee, water neither a cuttle in the room.

This room was very humid. We were told that they upgraded our room but we got a smaller room than what I paid for and they weren’t open for discussion. We stayed 9 nights and were given water as shown in the picture below only on the first day. The kettle was unhygienic which I never used and paper cups were given to use instead of glass which was never replaced. The staff didn’t like smiling. The breakfast was average. The area of this hotel is very noisy at night.
