OUTSTANDING HOSPITALITY! All the staff were exceptionally welcoming & attentive. I had to have my trousers dry cleaned overnight, I received them at the exactly time I requested. As the taxi situation in Istanbul is difficult, the valet/doormen went above & beyond to hale me a taxi. They also took the time to speak with the driver in Turkish to make sure he understood where we wanted to go. Furthermore they wrote down the licence plates in case drivers try to carry out tourist scamming schemes.

I recently stayed at the W in Istanbul, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a lively street filled with local bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. However, the rooms were a bit on the small side and lacked natural sunlight, which might be a downside for some. On the upside, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was modern and nice, and the amenities provided were excellent. One convenience was the nearby laundry mat, "Laundry Lab," which came in handy during my stay. My only major complaint was the on-site restaurant. While it's convenient, it's overpriced, and the quality of the food didn't meet my expectations. I found better dining options at the local establishments nearby. Overall, a good choice if you value location and comfort, but consider dining elsewhere.

The best Istanbul hotel I've ever stayed, All the host team was so friendly and they upgraded my room for free because of my and my partner's birthday. the room was so quiet even it was a crawdad street beside. The only problem was lack of parking lot. Thank you all Marriott team

This is not what you call a luxurious 5 star hotel, it’s worth max 3 stars. It’s a party hotel for teenagers, the shower and the sink were dirty, the music in the public areas was super loud and the staff tries to make money on you by acting friendly and getting you their friends as a driver that asks double the price. Very disappointing hotel, would not recommend it to anyone.
