Overall, the hotel exudes elegance. The breakfast is delightful, and the late-night bar is truly excellent. While I do wish the hotel rooms were a bit more spacious, I acknowledge that space is a premium commodity in London.

This has the most perfect location. It is a truly traditional English hotel. The service is beyond impeccable. They always make you feel welcome. It's almost like being in a family house. I can't say enough about this wonderful place.

We were a family of four who came for afternoon tea. The service was outstanding! Plus they served as much tea, scones, cakes and sandwiches as you can manage and even provided boxes for the rest. On top of that, they have a sweets cart after your tea to fill up a bag with your choice of sweets. We simply had no room left for that. A great choice for a British traditional tea experience, and they had a Christmas spiced tea blend either some Christmas themed cakes, so a great choice over the festive season. This will now be our go to place for high tea.

This was our first time in London. I booked the hotel based off the high reviews and they had a buy 2 nights get 1 free deal. So we stayed 6 nights. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff was so helpful and willing to do anything to make the stay extraordinary. They gave us complimentary snacks and deserts throughout our stay, serviced the room twice a day, and always helped us with any luggage or bags without us having to ask. The food was very good and the dining room is gorgeous, as is their up scale bar. We picked this hotel also because we wanted a “British” feeling, and the rooms definitely deliver on that! We stayed in a junior sweet that had a king bed and 2 nice bathrooms. I highly recommend this hotel!
