Rooms were just ok, as the property is very old and outdated. Doors were hard to close, wardrobe unit was broken and lights were not working when I walked in. Continental breakfast too is average. However the manager and staff were responsive and they tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They even bought a new electric rice cooker when I requested for it. And the location is the USP. You have Pizza hut, Foodopia (mini mall with food stalls), a Super market and Shangri-la Mall all within 5 mins of walk.

Only used the conference room. It was a bit old and had to ask for help to set up the room with projector screen. It was a bit difficultly to get into the place as the street was jam packed.

The entrance to hotel needs an uplift. The entrance faces sun all day but inside it is bit dark. The rooms appeared to be good but I canceled my reservation as the décor and place seemed bit dated. It has good location and they can use it if they do proper upgrades and create the feel of clean and wide space. Breakfast and lunch menu did not have many choices. They need to offer wide selection of continental foods. However, area has good restaurants and bars with wide selection of items available.
