Came to Sound Cafe for a bottomless brunch. Had Zak as out server for our experience. Got to say for my first bottomless brunch did not disappoint. At no point was my glass empty. The good was good and overall been a good lunch experience. Drank fizzy for the lunch and was very good for the cost. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with a perfect location. The staff is very kind and helpful. Especially Nasim . She is very kind and helpful she made our accommodation very satisfying. They provide help with planning your trip and booking tickets you needs for the popular places. Martin is helpful and respectful as well.

Came here with my 2 sisters to visit the Sound Cafe for their bottomless brunch deal. which is within the hotel on the ground floor. What a fabulous reception area! Vibrant, modern, very welcoming. There is even a black cab which has been painted to the vibes of the sound Cafe sitting in reception area! How cool is that! The Sound Cafe is wonderful... Music on background as we ate/drank. Definitely going back.

Very pleasantly surprised! Booked the cumberland due to its great location next to Hyde Park and marble arch tube station. On arrival at the hotel, I discovered that this was the old Hard Rock Hotel and it had much more going on that I originally thought. Bar/reception area was vast and colourful. Check in was very smooth and the service was excellent. I was given a 50% off food voucher which was a nice touch. Room was perfect for what I needed, comfy bed, desk area to work, small fridge , great bathroom with digital shower which was cool. Travelling for business solo, for ease, I decided to take advantage of the voucher I was given and eat at the hotel restaurant. Little did I know there was live music and acts performing whilst you eat which mad and normally boring dinner for one, very entertaining. Vibe was excellent and could not fault the service. Sports bar area to was great to watch some of the football! Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting central London.
