This boutique hotel is just amazing. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Ashley at the front desk ( she made me feel like a long lost friend). The room was simple elegance. The bathroom was perfect, very well lit, great towels too. Very e friendly ... a bible on line which I loved. The dining was fantastic... highly recommend the lobster bisque. Free cover parking sure is nice too! Close to downtown but not in downtown.

Best hotel in the central Florida area! Plush rooms, very modern looking, and super cozy. The rooms also came with smart TVs so we could watch our streaming! The shower was a rain shower which was amazing. The tavern had amazing food and drinks. Oh and I can’t forget the customer service! 5 star customer service and overall stay. Highly recommended.

The construction workers did an excellent job of being productive throughout the night. The hospital staff across the street had several high acuity patients they treated (multiple helicopter landings during the night). The people in the room next door had a lots of laughter. The gentleman in the hallway had a productive conversation first thing this morning. The buses and garbage trucks ran on schedule all night. I know all this because the noise on the street side of the hotel was loud. When we visit cities, we usually stay downtown with no problems. But this hotel, while beautifully decorated, seemed to put their budget elsewhere instead of insulating the rooms. And despite the comfortable bed, lovely shower space and in room espresso machine, I’m exhausted as I write this review since we didn’t get any sleep. And since I usually sleep like the dead, I’m not used to this. Suggestion, fill up all the rooms on the back alley before you put people on the street side. If you need a place to stay close to the hospital and are so physically exhausted that no amount of noise will keep you awake, this is a perfect spot. This review offers no constructive feedback for staff - every interaction was positive with professional and kind communication. The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms were clean.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Traveled out of state, stayed for a week. Everyone I came across was super friendly, accommodating, and caring. Management was the best ( thank you Nate!) and would HIGHLY recommend others to stay if possible. Rooms are clean and modern as well. No issues. Sometimes you can hear people next door. That would be my only small complaint.

My wife and I got there 12/29/23 for our 31st anniversary. I would've given 5 stars if only the initial interaction had been a better one. 1st time there so the parking lot situation was a somewhat confusing. I knew parking was extra but was unaware that the room key would be necessary to get in and out. Before entering the lot I parked to ask the front desk. Unfortunately that's my complaint. The girl that night is not qualified to be in a boutique hotel front desk. I have a lot of experience in customer service and I've hired and trained people and this girl definitely had no training or has no clue how to manage a front desk. I had 3 different interactions with her and all were bad. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and everything else went well. The next day the front desk person was amazing said hi with a huge smile and was very attentive to help. I was even greeted off when I left by the rest of the staff. Which leads me to believe that the lady in front desk duty my arrival day needs to be trained. I definitely look forward on coming back just can't say when. Nice little hotel in a good location.
