Outstanding customer service. Everything was over the top amazing. We were in town for a concert for two nights and got excellent treatment from the minute we arrived from the Manager James at the front desk and all the staff. This is why we love Hilton and will always stay here when we are in Orlando. Thank you for giving us such great memories. PS breakfast was the bomb!

The Hospitality from every single employee I encountered from the checkin, during my stay and check out was amazing! The full breakfast included and Happy Hour daily, was a plus. The suites are so comfortable and having the bedroom separate from the living room was also great.

We were attending an event in downtown Orlando which wouldn't end until late in the evening. It seemed only natural to stay the night and of course a Hilton hotel is my first choice. The Embassy Suites on Pine not only provides convenience to downtown, is walking distance to places like the Phillips Center, but if you're on the upper floors on the north side you have a pretty nice view of Lake Eola. We arrived with little time between having to leave for the event, so we opted to eat dinner in the hotel. That was a wonderful experience. The server and the bartender worked in concert to make our meal enjoyable. Although it was a simple fair, a grilled chicken sandwich and a burger both with fries, the meals were well done and arrived hot. Impressively, the meals were really not much more than if we'd stopped at a restaurant to get them into convenience added to the enjoyment. As enjoyable as dinner was, breakfast in the morning hit all the right marks. From a made to order omelette with potatoes and some bacon for me, to a nice continental breakfast bar with fruit, yogurt, and muffins that my wife enjoyed. Our room was the typical suite found at all embassy suites, with a separate living area from the bedroom. The bedroom overlooked Lake Eola and we wondered what it would be like during the New Year's fireworks display. We're certain they charge a premium for that room as well as the others in that Northeast corner on the upper floors. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were greeted by the smiling faces of the hotel staff, who asked if we needed anything. We look forward to returning and staying on all night or two, when we come back to Orlando.

This was our 9th stay at this location. Our dog gets so excited when we pull into the hotel. He is greeted by name, given treats and loved on. We really like the room set up. Having a separate bedroom makes the stay so comfortable. The location rocks. It is within walking distance of so many great dining locations. The staff is so friendly and so accommodating.

I have never been so insulted and disrespected by Hilton personnel let alone a Hilton manager in my life. I informed the front desk attendant I was checking out early from reasons precluding my sleep and getting injured from the nails tacking the carpet down. She then talks to her manager Dane who came out and asked me what the problem was. He doesn’t let me finish talking before employing a nasty tone asking me why I was there. He then had the audacity to accuse me of illegal activities without bothering to gain further understanding of the situation. He never addressed, apologized or tried to remedy the causes leading to me leaving early and added insult upon injury quite literally. Good luck retaining customers with this kind of terrible management. I only have silver status at the moment but am considering changing my hotel of choice in the future given the terrible way I was spoken to. Hotel wise ,other than the terrible management , the front desk attendants are lovely and made the experience better for having been there . You can hear your neighbors and noise from outside the hotel in your room. The bed was moderately comfortable. The room is modern and aesthetically appealing. Very clean room with a slight musty odor upon arrival. There are lots of plugs for electronics. There are two elevators and even with the hotel fully booked the wait was never very long. The breakfast was great with quite a few options including made to order omelets. There is self parking across the street for $22/day. It is within east waking distance of many downtown restaurants and bars.
