I don’t recommend this "hotel". It’s very expensive and does not look like the pictures. It’s much smaller and older than they show, super noisy when people are in the corridor and going down or up stairs… the only good thing I can say was that it is conveniently located, in a nice neighbourhood.

Room was clean as was bedding. Bathroom was clean bright and modern. Desk was more a shelf and very small, and as wanted to do some work was of no use. Have to check in at another location 5mins away, as was dry and sunny it was not a problem, but in winter would have been upset. Also was only notified after booking, had this been made clear before booking I may not have booked.

Poor room standard, old water damage to the bathroom door which made it unable to close at all, tiny rooms with nowhere to unpack, and extremely inefficient room planning. Would not recommend to anyone. Even the hairdryer died after about 10 seconds of use. Was told the maintenance would fix the door, but no one came. Very noisy, and way too crammed. Would only recommend if you needed to live near Victoria for cheap alone for maximum of one night by yourself. Never share a room with anyone here. Would give the staff half an extra star for allowing us an hour late check out. But that’s about it.

To pick up your keys, you need to go to another location than the stipulated one. However, you only get this info via a little sign posted outside the entrance of the townhouse. Additionally, the addres given on the little sign does not match with the output in Google Maps, landing you in a heavy construction zone. Upon finally being able to enter the room, the carpeted floor was wet, squishy wet, in places. The bathroom had rust spots. Smelly, loud, since the 204 room faced both the hallway and the street. However, the bed was super comfortable. There are lots of outlets, many USB ones if you're like me and forgot to buy a converter. The location is near the Vic station, and there's a Sainsburys and several restaurants and pubs in the area
