The location is great. Everything else is awful. The front counter is rude. Their surprise fee at check in was $30 a night that we did not budget for. It’s a mandatory convenience fee for things that would be included in any other hotel. I called down then the Apple TV wasn’t working to discover that they had removed them all. I asked “what is this convenience fee actually for?” And was told it was for towels and the great location. What a scam. Also, the whole hotel reeks of strong cleaning supplies and must. The room smells like feet. Everything else is fine and we are gonna survive. Just don’t like low quality places with predatory practices.

Location is great, check in and check out/service and cleanliness of rooms was a different story. Check in was 3PM, didn’t have a room available for us until 3:45 (had a reservation for months) and then check out there was no one at the desk for an HOUR!!!! Needed to get my car from the valet which delayed my day even more. And let’s talk about this lovely stain on our sheets 🤮 EDIT: After an hour of waiting, was able to secure my car and had to leave a note for check out because the front desk person never came back.

The location is great, but service was subpar. They didn't leave any clean towels when our room was cleaned, and we waited hours for replacements. I called and went down to the desk and she said she couldn't help. I ended up drying my toddler with a clean washcloth because I had to bathe her before bedtime. The pool was warm and cute, but has black mold growing all along the top 6-12" along the rim that left black stains on our swimsuits. Additionally, they were almost always out of pool towels. The noise level was fine IMO, it's a noisy area but the rooms were not loud. The room was reasonable for the area but resort fees and parking came out to an extra $80 a day. Our fault for not doing our homework, just an FYI.

Location is really good especially for the price. However, you will not be going to sleep early. The music at the restaurant downstairs BLAIRS until about 1 am. Definitely do not recommended if you have young kids. The rooms are okay but don’t seem super clean and the hallways are always disgusting even though there are maids all over the building. Our shower was dirty upon entering the room at check in.

The hotel is in a good locations but that is the only good thing about it. When I checked into the hotel I had to pay a $30 fee which usually is included in the booking price. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors TV clearly. The blanket was covered in stains, which I assume was never washed. The walls and furniture are all damaged and not replaced. Overall I would not recommend staying in this hotel.
