It is located perfectly at Lincoln Rd. and Collins Ave. which is very convenient to the beach, the shopping center, and many attractions in South Beach. The staff are super nice and helpful. They helped with all our requests nicely. The building is probably too old, and there is a strong need for improvement, particularly in its cleanliness. Even the minor things such as the shower curtain in our bathroom looked dirty and old. The lighting of our room was very poor, and the room was too dark. The corridors and the room smelled a little musty. The pool is under major renovation, which they informed us well in advance, but considering all of these, their prices could have been adjusted accordingly. Overall, it was a little overpriced.

This place is actually really cool. Some of the rooms are looking to the Lincoln Street and it’s lively; you feel good. Rooms are really big and comfortable with a little TV. The restroom is luxury and it has shower too. Location of the hotel is good, it is in the center of all lively streets and main Miami Beach area. You can find a lot bars, restaurants, and even Starbucks.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago. We were not informed of construction. No pool available. Very tired and run down rooms. Nothing like the photos. Avoid You did not in form ourselves of any reservations or the company we booked with.

Meh. I was not impressed. For the price I paid I've stayed in better accommodations. The rooms were decent but nothing to call home about. The windows are super dirty you can't really see out of them well. No security lock on the doors. They get an extra star for the free upgrade that was a nice perk. The toilet was clogged when I arrived and no plunger. Pool is closed and has been closed for quite some time although they mention that in the ad. Just take off the pool as an amenity if you don't have it. They did offer me a free drink at the bar when I checked in. Super quick staff at the front. No issues there. My biggest thing was they try to advertise breakfast but it's not free. Stop trying to advertise included amenities when they are not included. I sat down and tried to order breakfast only to find out they don't have American cheese only cheddar cheese. Well sorry to tell you I don't like cheddar cheese at all and if I have to get scrambled eggs or omelettes I refuse cheddar cheese so no breakfast from here. Waste of 10 minutes. The bed was decent and the room was quiet. It's a good location within walking distance to many places around South Beach and Lincoln Road.
