Superb location. Beach is in walkable distance of 7 mins. All public transport have a stop here. Very well maintained and pocket friendly hotel. They do not have any restaurant but everything is available in walkable distance. They provide beach towel and we get 2 chairs on beach as well so we don’t have to pay anything.

So, me and my son were thinking of taking a trip to Miami and staying at this hotel . It was last minute after entering my detailed information. I opted to wait and reserve a room for a later date. My 13 year old son was so excited to go and inadvertently hit the submit button. I immediately contacted the hotel the gentleman who I spoke with said ok regarding the refund but I would have to contact the third party who it was initially booked through to cancel. I did that then called back to the hotel and a female answered mentioning the hotel will not honor a refund. It’s very disheartening to say the least. (11-25-2023) So here’s an update on my attempt to request a refund for booking a room that I cancelled. Someone from their Corporate office contacted me and offered to refund my money for a cancellation fee which I thought was fair. The representative that I was corresponding with was very friendly helpful and understanding. I will still reserve a room there when I am ready to visit South Beach a friend recommended this hotel for a great stay. Says the rooms are nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Made the mistake of letting my sister book a room here without first checking the reviews. I'm actually writing this review before we've even checked out in a sad attempt to get the management's attention since they never have anyone at the front desk and never have anyone answering the phones. Our room is infested with ants. Woke up to ants on the desk AND crawling all over the nightstand. The shower is clogged and is close to overflowing by the time we've even had time to get clean. On top of that the wifi is abysmal and lacks enough strength to even support a simple phone call. I've never seen a more run-down place with such dreadful service in my entire life. Lastly, the whole place is super run-down, paint peeling off the walls, cracks in flooring and even graffiti in the elevator. You're better off camping on the street.

This was everything I needed for a nice rest on vacation. The staff was very friendly, I loved how kind the cleaning staff was and the receptionist JOSH was VERY VERY friendly and super helpful! I enjoyed learning about the area with him and he really made my stay here stress-free. Everything was super easy and helpful with him. The rooms were just great and the service was even better (:

The hotel rooms are very comfortable. They have everything what you need, from a fridge to a microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes and like stuff. Beds were a 10! The bathroom is very spacious and packed with everything. However, in overall terms, the hotel needs maintainance. You can tell it’s a vintage hotel and reformations were made. The elevator is one of the things that needed maintainance. And sth that called my attention is that the guests left their garbage in the hallway by their door’s bedrooms. I mean, can you just put a trash can or sth to throw your stuff there? This was pretty dissapointing. So in the bedrooms all good, outside, some work is needed.
